Multiple beaches within a 20-25 minute drive, and just a few miles from the Chula Vista Amphitheater where guests can experience great concerts. Fully furnished with all utilities included (a monthly cap of $350 on Gas/Electric, but there is solar on property so it would be very uncommon for a bill to exceed this amount). Any gas/electric cost over $350 will be the responsibility of the tenant. No smoking allowed. Pets will be considered.
