We would negotiate swapping units for a price if interested. Rent is $1,175.00 which includes electric, water (well) and pet fee for 1 dog. There is a $1,050.00 security deposit which will be transferred to the new tenant. This can be discussed further if interested. Without pet fee rent would be $1,135.00. Tenant is responsible for natural gas, lawncare, and snow removal. The duplex is in a cul de sac just north of Stevens Point in the Town of Hull. There is a $25.00 application fee. Renter responsible for lawncare, natural gas, and snow removal.
