For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate is based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. Hourly rates may apply for early check-in or late check-out. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82F in winter, which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31, the pool heater is off. The heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.
