Monte Vista is a cluster of homes that originally were built as vacation homes. Supposely one of the neighbors' house was a resort lodge for some of the homes back in the '20s. Easy walk (.25 miles) into Boulder Creek, small mountain town with almost complete services. Santa Cruz Metro bus service is available in walking distance from the house. Boulder Creek Elementary School is a Blue Ribbon School.
