Some of the furniture has been upgraded (i.e. addition of a desk) since these professional photos were taken, but most of it is accurate. This is a pretty flexible lease. I'm looking for someone to start the lease between Oct 15 - Jan 1 and rent it until at least April 1. May 1 is also OK. It's furnished and I'm open to pets as long as they're not puppies or elderly and/or having health issues. I will be taking a $2300/mo security deposit and an additional $500 pet deposit.
