All appliances are included in the rental, including the use of a washer and dryer. Front yard landscaping is included in rent. Utilities and backyard landscaping are not included. You will be sharing the home with two male roommates, as well as an ESA dog. Both current roommates are respectful adults and get along great. No parties, not drugs. The deposit is $700.
