Back porch has ceiling fan and outdoor lights for entertaining. New paint in laundry room/pantry and bathroom. All ceilings new paint. The kitchen floor is newly replaced vinyl flooring. The kitchen counter tops are blue. They are in excellent shape just the color is outdated. I found options on Pinterest to cover counter tops if prospective buyer is interested I will gladly cover the countertops.
