This is a new build home with only 1 person who has stayed in the casita. All appliances are brand new and kept up on. You have your own separate entrance with separate doorbell. This community is up and coming with amazing amenities... a pool, events every weekend, fishing Fridays at the pond, food truck Wednesday's and so much more! This is right by the 202, the 24 and the US 60 freeway... so easy to get to places. Looking for a long term tenant rather than going month to month... It's just me and my boyfriend in our home and we are super quiet and respectful of others. We do have a dog and a cat who are both very well behaved. There is no washer and dryer in the unit but we have one so if need be you can use ours or we can work something out. :)) All utilities are included in the monthly rent. No pets or kids allowed. Parking is on the street right outside the house. There's a community pool & amenities. No smoking. We would love a long term renter not month to month. Separate door for your entrance with separate doorbell. No washer and dryer but we can work something out where you can use ours or something! :)
