Property has been affected from the Fawn fire that went through the neighborhood and has been trashed by squatters. This was once a beautiful piece of property that was glorified with fruit trees in a orchard and a garden. It has since been thoroughly destroyed by squatters. The price is just enough to pay off the reverse mortgage on the property. Those who are on the property currently are squatters. This property if for sale and not for rent or lease. It comes with the 3.2 acres along with home, garage, carport, and shed and is not in any park. Price is not negotiable.
