All terms of the original lease remain in full force except as modified below. 2. Rent Adjustment for two occupants and one cat Effective April 1, 2026, the monthly rent shall be increased to $1,200 per month and finally effective May 1, 2026, the monthly rent shall be increased to $1,300 per month. Rent shall continue to be due on the 1st day of each month and payable in accordance with the terms outlined in the original lease. 3. Utilities and Services Landlord shall continue to provide utilities, including water, electricity, pest control, trash and WiFi as previously agreed, unless otherwise stated in writing. 4. Occupancy Change Effective May 1, 2026, occupancy of the Premises is amended to include: Jayden . Total authorized occupants: 2 persons. Tenant remains fully responsible for all lease obligations, including actions of any additional occupant. 5. Condition of Premises Tenant acknowledges that improvements have been made to the Premises, including but not limited to upgraded windows and air conditioning units. These improvements are reflected in the adjusted rental amount. 6. No Other Changes Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms and conditions of the original lease shall remain unchanged and in full effect.
