The City of Shoreline just completed a major remodel of Highway 99/Aurora Avenue North, beginning at 145th. This helped develop additional shopping communities. Our neighborhood is a combination of people who have lived here for decades, young couples, and families with young children. The mix has really developed a wonderful community of neighbors, not to mention that some people on the block have friends in the neighborhood as well. This is a very nice street to live on and this house is particularly well situated having the vacated street greenbelt along its north side.
