Nicely remodeled closet kitchen which may not be ideal for those who look to cook and bake but it's doable. This is a corner unit located on the 2nd floor in a secured small and quiet building. All utilities are paid except for the internet, coin laundry on site and unit comes with a large locked storage area. This beautiful building has a private shared back yard, Property is loved, owned and managed by a brother and sister. Photos, description and video doesn't do this unit justice! $79.00 non-refundable application fee, does not guarantee tenancy approval. Application fee and deposit must be paid at the time of applying, that's what holds the unit for you. If approved for tenancy and applicant does not move forward with leasing signing on the agreed date, deposit will be forfeited. Applicant must have good credit score, good background check and verifiable good rental history. If denied, deposits are picked up at my office during office hours and with an appointment. Woof Woof's not allowed but meow meow's are with a $200 pet deposit and a $25 a month pet rent fee per pet. 2 meow meow's max. 12 month lease only, short term leased will be denied. No smoking or vaping within the building but is permitted outdoors. Street parking only. I do not vet prospective tenants via email or messages, time doesn't allow that.
