Furnishings include a queen-sized bed, two upright dressers, desk & cute bench with storage. The newly remodeled bathroom will be shared with one other female renter. The main floor features updated kitchen w/ granite countertops, living room/dining room w/ fireplace & vaulted ceilings, a family room w/ built-in entertainment center & an updated half bath. Also, there is a large covered redwood deck off of the family room leading to a park-like backyard filled w/ lush plants, pea-gravel trails, Gazebo & fire pit. The yard is very private & backs up into a 13 acre, wooded greenspace with a babbling creek & walking trails. A little bit about me: I am easy to live with, I keep things clean and generally tidy, and I enjoy creating a cozy and welcoming home. I enjoy people, but at times keep to myself, however, I am always open to communicating about anything might come up. I am quiet and respectful of others, love creating beautiful things & working in the yard. I have one very friendly dog who is used to being around a lot of people, but gets crazy/hyper around other animals, so adding another pet to the household would only create chaos & I like my household to be a calm, relaxing place. I am looking for one female renter who communicates openly and respectfully, is fairly tidy, and generally has a good heart. I have 3 bedrooms all on the same floor I occupy one & have my own bathroom, a female renter (who is very clean & respectful) occupies the 2nd bedroom & the bathroom is shared between renters of the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. For reasons of discretion & privacy, no males will be renting a room on that floor. All utilities plus Wi-fi, plus use of W/D are included in rental cost.
