The room comes with laundry and kitchen privileges and personal pantry space in the remodeled kitchen. There's a private entrance to the room and inside access to the locked garage for your car, plus access to the back yard, and the redwood deck. All utilities are included in base rent, including incredibly fast Wi-Fi (AT&T Fiber 5000). The security deposit payments are negotiable. We can start off with a month-to-month lease, and if we both agree, extend it to six months or year-by-year. I would prefer a longer lease.
