This beautiful brick ranch home is located in scenic Floyd County, Virginia an area known for its peaceful country living, charming community, tourism, festivals, breathtaking mountain views, and the famous FloydFest. This property would make a wonderful private residence or an excellent investment opportunity.
Conveniently located along Rt. 221, the home is just minutes from the town of Floyd and close to an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Floyd is perfectly situated between two major towns approximately 30 minutes from Christiansburg and about 45 minutes from Roanoke.
This well-loved home has been lovingly cared for by its owner for nearly 30 years. Eight years ago, the roof on the home and both storage buildings were replaced. The refrigerator was recently replaced just one month ago.

What the owner loves about this home
I absolutely love the location of this home. It is situated across from the country club while still being conveniently close to town for everyday needs. One of my favorite features is the curb appeal — I often receive compliments, especially about the beautiful weeping cherry tree near the driveway. Each spring, it blooms with stunning white flowers and always catches the attention of visitors and passersby.
I also love the spacious layout and the way the home flows. The sunroom was a major selling feature for me when I purchased the home nearly 30 years ago, and it remains one of my favorite spaces — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural light and views.
