The living area on the opposite side is perfect for entertaining as it boasts a sit down wet bar, pool table, poker table, and a lounge area with a comfy leather sectional couch from which to enjoy the action or watch the flat screen TV. With numerous, windows, sky lights and sliding doors leading outdoors, these living areas are bathed in natural light. A metal spiral staircase leads up from the entertainment room to a roomy loft area and master bedroom. The loft area contains a sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. Adjacent to the loft is the master bedroom which includes a queen bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, walk in slate shower, and gas fireplace. The master bedroom exits to a private deck with a staircase down to the the hot tub area. The other four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms are located on the main floor. Three bedrooms, a full bathroom with an in floor jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, and a powder room are located off the central hallway. Two of these bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two full beds. The fourth bedroom, which includes an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a walk in slate shower as well as a sliding door out to a deck; and the second powder room, is located off the entertainment room. Also located on the main floor is the washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include a sizeable yard, a stone patio with a large built in barbeque grill, an elevated deck with a sunken hot tub, a fire pit, chaise lounges for soaking up the suns rays and a table for al fresco dining.
