My Fiancee and I are moving out of state after 4 years in this apartment. Our 1 bedroom apartment is right on Beacon St. 2nd floor, modern kitchen, and it gets amazing light all day long from the five huge bay windows that look out on Beacon Street. There isn't a broker fee since we're helping find the tenant ourselves, just a $300 transfer fee. You can lease for a year or longer if you're interested. We loved living here, so many places to eat nearby. Everything is within walking distance: grocery stores, the gym, restaurants, parks, everything you need. I honestly don't think you can find a better location if you want to be close to the city. Plenty of places to walk around and enjoy the outdoors. Pets not allowed. Furniture in the pictures is available to purchase. Happy to do Facetime tours. There's a $300 transfer fee, I believe a small security deposit (about $250) and then first month's rent. No broker's fee since we are finding the new tenant ourselves.
