Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to I35 & 5 minutes drive to train station for a quick trip to Dallas. All communication will be through zillow. Tenants pay for utilities and take care of the yard. Security deposit of one month's rent is required as well as additional nonrefundable deposit of $300 for each dog if you have any.
