Family-friendly neighborhood in a great school system! We have updated every room in the home recently, including finishing the basement. My favorite room is our newly updated kitchen; that's where our family and friends always gather, and I love our new floors, cabinets, amazing Granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a slider that leads to two new, huge concrete patios, one of which is covered by an awning that is removable during the winter. Our entire family loves our 30 ft round, heated pool; it has been a blessing having that during COVID since our development pool wasn't open this summer. In 2020 we also added an 18x12 ft shed added with a concrete foundation underneath; plenty of room to store all our pool toys and everything else that we used to keep in our garage. Our Master Bath is another of my favorite upgrades. We also purchased a new tankless water heater and A/C unit, but haven't installed them yet because both of our current systems still work fine, We might consider selling this year though so if you are interested you can call me at 216-970-7304.
