If you have kids they qualify to go to the very good Berkley school system! This is my current home but buying another one so offering the house, unfurnished or totally FURNISHED with TVs, couches, pots, etc,etc., artwork, everything stays, JUST MOVE IN, don't need anything, I provide everything essential.
