The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining in. The driveway and parking are private. The backyard space is private and overlooks the forest. Everything is new in this apartment. New beds, new appliances, freshly painted walls and ceilings. This apartment is in a rural area but only 2.5 miles to the downtown. Nature abounds here with plenty of native flora and fauna observable from the private back patio. Heat, electric and wifi are all included in the monthly rent. We are a family of 3 who live on site with our 2 dogs who stay in their fenced in yard. We are renting on a month to month or week to week basis. We often have family visiting and rent out apartmenmt when family is not in town. The apartment is currently available for 3 months, January through March of 2026 and again from December of 2026 and beyond.
