Hello. Before reading any further, please be advised your Landlord is also going to be your neighbor. Please check back for pictures as work is completed on the top of the south side slopes duplex. I live on the first floor and I am renting out my second floor unit, which is separated from my living space. The apartment will be ready June 15th, possibly before. You will be responsible for putting the gas and electric in your name. Included in the rent is one space in the parking garage. Free use of washer and drier 2-3 days a week which is in a finished basement. I pay for the water and electric for the W&D. I am in the process of refinishing all of the hardwood floors and replacing the kitchen and bathroom floors with brand new modern tile. There is a modern refrigerator, range/oven in the 10x14 kitchen. The bathroom will have a new vanity installed. The two bedrooms each have closets, and there are two other storage closets in the apartment. Future summer upgrades include a shared gas grill, and shared garden. I'm a quality Landlord, and responsive with repairs. I'm looking for a quality tenants(s).
