Riverwalk landing resort is a 55yr and over manufactured home park in Freeport Fl. It is close to the beautiful emerald coast beaches and choctahatchee bay. It has lots of amenities and activities for those who want to stay active. We will rent it furnished or unfurnished and leave whatever you are needing to set up your new home. Dogs are welcome with deposit and dog parks are available in the resort. All applicants must pass a background and credit check with the association. We are asking $1600 /month which includes water, sewer and garbage collection. Available December 1st with 6-12 month lease. Owner pays for water, sewer and trash pickup. Only one dog allowed. All amenities included. One person must be at least 55yrs or older and pass a background and credit check by the association since the property the home is on is in a rental park.
