Sorry the pictures aren't perfect, I'm still living in the home. I have a lot purchased in Graywood and I am ready to move. The house needs a little TLC (exterior paint or vinyl siding, master bed needs new carpet/wood floor, the bare wood showing in the exterior pic is work I recently did to replace some rotten wood due to the gutters backing up a tad, not a big deal at all, pantry/laundry room needs patching, I moved the washer and dryer from the pantry into the garage, and a few more very minor fixings) The roof was re shingled 10 years ago. There is a 2 car garage, I didn't post any pics cause its full LSU tailgating equipment. 6' cedar privacy fence in back yard is only 4 years old. Kitchen appliances stay. There is a covered patio in the back yard with a brick patio extended off of it, with a brick fire pit. The house will have an entire new central A/C package put in. Price is negotiable based on how much work I do before I sell. Again, I'm ready to move, make me an offer. Call and come out anytime.
