Easy access to major bus lines (I commute to Old City on the 57). The house itself has a finished basement, two bedrooms - great for multiple people or for a home office, workout room, what have you. Gas stove. Cute little outdoor patio that's especially lovely now that it's warming up outside! Space for herbs etc. Also nice having the extra half bathroom down in the basement. Overall just a charming space with character on a friendly, neighborly block with good access to 95 and transit.
