Welcome to our condo in the Mt Eden Neighborhood. Rooms This is a 3-story and 3-bedroom property with 3.5 bathrooms in which each room has its own bathroom. The half bathroom is situated on the 2nd floor for guests. 1st floor consists of one bedroom (largest room) and a two-car garage. 2nd floor is your living room and kitchen. 3rd floor includes two rooms (a master and a normal bedroom). For Master Bedroom Closet, the furniture is included as part of the rent if you would like (as shown in the images). Shared Spaces The kitchen has been renovated, as you can see from the pictures. We will include the 4 stools in the picture as part of renting this condo. In the Living Room pictures, you can decide if you want to keep the couch, coffee table, TV Stand, and small table near the stairs. If you prefer to include your own furniture, we will move this out for you. Otherwise, this is all part of the rent. You have your own washer and dryer in the unit. Technology We have AC/Heater that is connected through Nest and can be turned on/off or even scheduled through your phone app. We also have RIng Security installed in the house, which we will keep here for the tenants to use. You will be able to create your own Ring account and control the alarm. Professional monitoring for Ring is $10/mo and is paid by the tenants. If you do not want to pay for this, the alarm can still be used. The front door has a smart deadbolt that connects with the Ring App on your phone, allowing you to open the door and lock the door when you are not at home or too lazy to open the door. Location Likely the best part of this condo is the location. This condo is a 2-3 minute walk to Greenwood Park, which has BBQ grills, a children's playground, and basketball courts. You are about 5 minutes away from multiple freeways (880 and 92). If you work across the bridge, you are basically the 2nd from the last stop before getting onto the bridge. There are many nearby attractions to keep you busy, whether that is to shop or to eat. You have Southland Mall close by with Round One, shopping stores, Chase and Wells Fargo Bank, and many restaurants (Olive Garden, Jolibee, Asian Supermarket, Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera Bread, etc.). There is also a City Sports gym that is about 2-3 minutes driving or 15-20 min walk. Beyond this 2-3 minutes drive, you are also close to Home Depot, Target, Costco, Union City Landing for all your shopping needs (within 10 minutes drive).
