The unit is available immediately and I'm open to a 7-12 month lease with the opportunity of extending. The entire unit has recently been renovated and everything is brand new with high end appliances, tile throughout, quartz countertops, laundry in building, impact windows, and a kitchen television with fire stick (see pictures). The unit is being offered at $2200/month unfurnished, or $3200/month furnished. There is a screened in balcony with an outdoor closet with shelving. The air conditioner is brand new and operates on a smart thermostat. Each unit gets two parking spots and there are lots of guest spots around the complex. The clubhouse has a heated pool and jacuzzi. I'm right at the corner of the new construction of Old Town Pompano (come see for yourself it's really nice) Old Town Untapped is a really cool outdoor event they throw every first Friday of every month with live music, food, vendors, and art work all just a 2 minute walk down the road. It takes about 5 minutes to get on 95 and about 7 to get to the beach. Electricity is the only utility you'll need to pay. My place has been cared for meticulously and I'm looking for a good renter. The association does not allow pickup trucks to park in the parking lot overnight. No smoking, maximum 2 cars, tenant pays electricity, lease 7-12 months with opportunity to extend.
