3 bedroom house - looking to rent out one of the bedrooms + bathroom for 3 months. I live in the master and have 2 dogs and a cat so I'm not able to take on any more animals or kids. I am very tidy and do a lot of cleaning during the day and I work at night. There is a shared kitchen and living room space, large backyard, and 3rd bedroom to use for storage if you need. The room is furnished and all utilities are included in the monthly rent. Looking for someone to stay until June. Looking to rent the room for at least 1 year and ready to move in by March 1st. I need someone who is respectful, responsible, and CLEAN.
