Other items to note includes: newer central air conditioning, new high efficiency gas furnace, vinyl windows, steel doors, electric stove/range, refrigerator, heated bath fan, and updated shower. The only drawback to me is that it only has a smaller single bathroom. The house location is just off Lexington Ave. onto Prospect St...approx the fourth house on the left. The house is hard to spot when driving bye, because it is located at the back of the property...which means added privacy. Look behind the large pine tree by the road. 138 W.
