I have to move out prematurely for a job out-of-state. I am looking for someone to take my room and pay for my share of the rent from the end of May till the end of July (~22nd of May to ~28th of July, which is the end of the lease.) The location is on the corner of 19th and Marine right next to CU and Boulder High. My experience with the unit is that the location is amazing. You are within 2 blocks of the University, Safeway, Circle K, and the Boulder Creek path. Its very walkable which is nice if you are like me and hate driving. The apartments themselves aren't the largest, but you will have ample space. No AC unfortunately, but two box fans on either side of the unit and the heat can be tolerated. Full kitchen, your own bathroom, carpeted bedroom. Neighbors are all nice college kids that aren't loud at night. The PM, Axel, is a fairly reasonable guy that is good with maintenance and does most of the work himself (maintenance is mostly free as well as long as you aren't breaking things yourself.) I have one roommate who will be there as well. He is 21, good on rent, and pulls his weight. Before you sublease I will have you two meet each other to make sure you guys vibe. He will be moving out once the lease is over so you could find a replacement and stay after the sublease is up if you would like. It will be your responsibility to pay half of the rent (which is 900/month) plus half of the utilities (equates to about 50/month in the summer). I will most-likely have you pay me and then I will take care of actually getting the bill payed, but we can work out those particulars more once the ball is rolling. Rent is due at the 1st of the month with a $50 late fee after. Utilities are due at the midpoint of the month. I will need proof that you can pay rent.
