Please do not move furniture and if needed to be put back by our service there will be a minimum charge of $250. Garbage must be put in bear box. Doors and windows must be remained closed and locked to avoid wild life entry that might cause damaged to the property. Minimal toilet paper usage per clogging of pipes - if plumber diagnoses blockage due to clogged toilet the guest will be billed for the unclogging.
