DESCRIPTION:
This kitchen-studio unit in a small (bohemian) motel community features a large bedroom/living area and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen just received an update with accents walls, new granite counter with a 9"-deep stainless steel sink, an upgraded 5-burner stove/oven, European-style bell hood, refrigerator, huge pantry with new birch-wood shelves, cabinets and a refinished dining table. Living room/bedroom has AC/Heater. Bathroom has a new wood-look tile floor, shower/tub with porcelain handles, new faucet, and a new toilet. Furniture can be optionally provided.
This well cared for unit comes with it's own carport and utilities included (water, trash, electric, gas). NO PETS. Rent is for 1 person; second occupant is an additional $125. Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 people. These are units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel ); there are no motel amenities included. No laundry facilities on site. No internet or phone services provided. Frontier Internet (DSL) hook-up and Spectrum Internet available. Gardening area available. Permanent guests will be provided with House Rules prior to renting. It's hard to find your own private room with your own kitchen area in this price range so make sure to jump on this great opportunity now. NO PETS.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This Aparthotel-studio unit with country-style kitchen is one our popular ones at our motel retreat. It either rents out by the week (7 days) upto 29-consecutive days at $68.62/day plus TOT tax; or, if needed beyond that on a monthly basis, we can approve an Extended Stay* with a soft credit check at a discounted rate with Rent=$1590/month discounted for stay of 6 months with no time limit or $1750 for stays between 3 to 6 months or $1890 for stays between 1 to 3 months. Security Deposits are equivalent to one month's rent. Tax exempt after 29-consecutive days. Please have a clean credit history and EXPERIAN FICO above 700 or Vantage above 670. For government-assisted applicants, Code SB267 exception applies. Price is without furniture.
*Extended Stay = beyond the taxable initial 29-day stay and that is permitted via California Code Section 1904.1
