This adorable beach baby bungalow is steps away from the pristine beach of Redington Shores. Fine white sand, uncrowded and close enough to anything and everything you need. Furnished for those who appreciate comfort and pleasing aesthetics, it offers a fully stocked kitchen, private outdoor area with gas grill and seating, an outdoor shower and well laid out space for an individual, a couple or two. It is not really child friendly though if you have an infant or a toddler, it would serve you well. Bring a pack and play though! This bungalow is close to sea life sanctuaries, hospitals, miles of beautiful beaches, and the very popular downtown St. Petersburg. Get to Tampa, Sarasota and Orlando easily and enjoy all this area has to offer. Excellent live theater, concerts, beach hangouts, fine dining and any water sport or activity one can imagine. Two bedrooms, one with a KING Tempurpedic mattress and the other a Queen hybrid mattress, including luxury linens and bright natural light, you can enjoy the primary living room with large screen TV, or the other smaller living area with a 2nd large screen TV just off the kitchen and dining area. Two full bathrooms with showers and an extra outdoor shower for removing sand before you enter this comfy, cozy bungalow retreat. Come and experience a home away from home. All utilities are included including electricity, wi-fi, garbage collection and water. We are strictly no smoking or pets. Our home has easy parking and beach access. We do ask that guests shower off sand and sunscreen in the outdoor shower to avoid stress on our furniture and linens. We will offer a 10% discount for those wishing to rent beyond 3 months, up to 9 months. This is truly a home and not a short term rental. Our property is turned over very clean and cared for. We will need to do a deep clean to get it back in order for the next guest(s) so we do charge a cleaning fee on top of the deposit. We also ask guests to notify us immediately of ANY problem and we will have it seen to as soon as possible - no need to worry about any repair on the part of the guest(s). This is NOT a party house though small gatherings are not a problem as long as everyone behaves. Any reasonable call to the police by our neighbors will result in IMMEDIATE termination of the lease agreements and security will accompany the move out. We know everyone on Sunset and none of us appreciate wild parties. Thank you for understanding.
