There are chickens that live on property as well as the owners dog. Rent is all inclusive. Water, garbage, PG&E and a dedicated high speed internet access. Lease is Month to Month with a 30 day notice to vacate. There is one dedicated parking space. We ask that there is no smoking in the house.
