We are looking to rent out a room on our property for $800 per month (non-negotaible). The room has its own private bathroom as well as a private closet. We intend to rent this room to a single responsible individual with a steady income who is friendly and easygoing. The tendent is responsible for constantly cleaning up after themselves. Tendent should also be aware that there is a leasing contract that must be signed in order to avoid any problems in the future.
