They are accessed from the driveway before reaching the house. All appliances provided; however tenant is responsible for maintaining the washer and dryer. Owner to provide regular mowing around the other buildings only - you would mow around the house. This home has well and septic, tenant will be charged $50/mo to cover maintenance.
