Looking for a roomate with similar interests and living style. Private, furnished room and bathroom available in small house tucked in a mature, 1acre garden in a quiet neighborhood. Room is carpeted with en-suite heat/AC. 10 min drive from downtown Flagstaff. Immediate access to trails and forest. Laundry, full kitchen, and games in the shared living spaces. Plenty of outdoor decks and sitting areas in the garden. No smoking or drugs allowed. Sorry, but no pets. Preferred long term rental. Half of the deposit is refundable provided no cleaning or repairs are needed, and provided one month notice before moving out. Share in cleaning common areas and shoveling snow, please. Parking is free and off the street. There are storage sheds for extra belongings, a woodburning stove, and dishwasher. I prefer clear and frequent communication about concerns or repairs. I may need some time to think on and propose solutions if needed (often to make the time to do repairs). I have severe allergies to most scented things, so please no scented cleaning supplies or inscence/air fresheners. You are welcome to have guests and host. I occasionally have game nights with friends or family but conclude before 10:00. Can teach games and give travel or outdoor adventure suggestions. Languages are my passion, happy to converse in Chinese, Spanish, Italian or Latin. Working on French and Portuguese. Must be accepting of human diversity and respect across any category.
