There are two garbage dumpster areas; at the entrance to the A building P-1 parking garage, and behind the Arrival/Departure lounge in B building. No trash from owners, guests, or housekeepers may be left in the hallways. All trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters or the trash chutes located by the elevators in B Building. Violators will be charged $500.00 to remove the trash. Landlord pays all utilities. This is ONLY a 7-8 month lease that must end at the end of November as winters bookings start in December.
