Roommate and I are Military Veterans in our 60's. My name is Tim, and the other roommates Name is Thomas. I am employed at the VA hospital and Thomas is employed with the Clerk of Courts. We live in a 3-bedroom duplex with a excellent landlord. We are seeking a third roommate to take place of one that recently moved who will pay a third of the $1500 rent. ($500) due no later than the first of each month. Also, will be responsible for a third of each utility due upon due date. (Electric, Internet, and Water/Garbage). There is no deposit required. A Month-to-Month lease will be asked along with employment/income verification. Lease will be month to month. Drive way parking. Smoking outside.
