Other Terms and Requirements: - 1 year lease term - Security Deposit is equal to One Month's Rent (OAC) - No Evictions. No Bankruptcies/Foreclosures Within the Last Five (5) Years. - $48.00 application fee per person (18 years and older) and can be paid with credit and debit if applying online. If applying in person the application fee will need to be in certified funds by cashier's check or money order with completed application and necessary accompanying documents (See Next). - Two (2) Forms of Current Government Identification. (Driver's License, Passport, Social Security Card, Military ID, etc) - Proof of Income: Current Three (3) Months of Pay Stubs, OR Current Three (3) Months of Bank Statements OR Current W2s. - Renter's Insurance is Required for Length of Tenancy. - All Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
