    This sunny end-unit within a condo complex is well located for public transit on the corner, excellent Charter Schools, convenient shopping at a new Sprouts, with 7-11 on the corner. This 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bath has LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring through out (anti-allergy), and central AC (which was recently replaced). There is ample parking with 2-car garage, as well as adjacent to this unit on the street, plus next to the pool/jacuzzi and 'complex' mail boxes. Next to the pool and Community Center (available for your parties) is a large lawn area - all within 75 feet of your apt. The sunny south facing backyard has an established lemon tree, and artificial lawn area, with a new patio overhang. If you'd like, we have (2) Full-size bedframes (one with a new foam mattress) which were at a vacation rental that can be included. We prefer verified Proof-of-Income, rather than running a credit check . Text or email for a tour. Tenant responsible for SDGE monthly Bill, and VID (water). Landlord pays the $480 monthly HOA fee for use of pool, jacuzzi, and Community Center (reserve for Birthday parties etc). Additional parking is with HOA permit (tag included with keys and garage door remote) next to pool (75ft from 1388). Currently the included Washer/Dryer was removed, since previous tenant had their own. If you'd like we have two near-new "Ashley" bedframes, one with full size latex mattress, that were in a vacation rental available for you. Backyard has lemon tree, and new fence that still needs to be painted.. Landlord prefers proof of income prior to touring and does not run credit check for move-in unless proof of income appears sketchy. Pets are welcome. Depending on breed, there might be additional $35/month Pet Rent.
