The lower level entrance is level with the back yard, and there are 3 other yards around the house. A 6 stall barn is in the barnyard. A 100 foot Artesian well with well rights in back yard. In 2019 the deck was expanded with most of it enclosed into a heated and air-conditioned sunroom with awesome views of the Wasatch front from South Mountain to about 3400 South. You can walk or ride your horse or bike to the Arrow trailhead, which connects with the River Parkway--only one building between this and the trai. In 2004, the builder for Springview Farms in Draper redid almost everything inside--new paint, light fixtures, hardwood & tile floors throughout; new kitchen. A new central air conditioner, furnace and water heater we're done by 2019 and 2020 You can use the 100 foot Artesian well for any water you want--water rights included. New Heavenly walk-in jetted tub, new water heater in 2019, new airconditioner and furnace in 2020. New sunroom in 2021. Also has 6 stall barn, plus a loft & a tack room. In 2009 insulation updated. More insulation added later in 2022-the kind used in spaceships- highest quality insulation, and 32 solar panels added. Free electric except tax almost every month. In 2010 another 10th of an acre was purchased. In 2011 old roof removed and a new roof installed. In 2017 solar panels installed on ground, facing south in second back yard near the barn. The lower level of the house is level with the back yard. The front door is level with the front yard, but, once inside, you either walk up or down stairs to get to your desired floor. The barn has six stalls, and is extremely sturdy, made with blocks and a metal roof. It is two stories high, with stairs and a loft on part of it, and two garage doors--one in front and one in the rear. There are two driveways. One goes to the extra large two car garage (could park four small, compact cars inside- one in front of the other). This attached garage is also extra wide and tall, with an extra tall garage door, operated with a garage door opener. Cabinets and a regular door are on one side, plus a window on the other side and another door in back. There is a fenced side yard, which has fruit trees, and could be used as a garden, pasture or whatever your preference. The yard surrounding the barn is fenced with a 8 foot trex type fence, and the yard surrounding the house is also fenced. A cat/dog pen was recently made under the sunroom. It is made so that even cats could not get out of it. What I love about the home is the views (I described them below in the Additional information section) and I love the ease for getting to the trail, where the surrounding area appears rural. But you're really in the city. Only a couple miles from this home, in Riverton, are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. Draper shopping center is also only a few minutes away, and the South Towne Center Mall about 15 minutes away, depending on traffic.
