Easy to winterize new septic system, but still needs to connect into septic. Roof is about 20 years old new plywood beneath. well water services four homes. We’ve enjoyed during the spring,summer and fall months. Property taxes are approximately $265 a year! just a nice get away! Home comes furnished with most everything in the home. Love this home for the peace and quiet! the months spent during the summer. Fourth of July at Chincoteague Island, also pony penny on Chincoteague Island, the Firemans carnivals, boating, and a restaurant in town. Property taxes are cheap and just a beautiful summer times spent here!! PS) as a reminder comes completely furnished with all content in the home. I will take a few things.????
