This is available for minimum 6-12 month rentals, with month-to-month option after the initial term. Has a dedicated office with a queen murphy bed, a den with a queen sleeper sofa, a master with a king bed and a quest room with a queen bed. Both the master and guest rooms have their own full bathrooms - with another full bathroom near the dedicated office space. Landscaping and yard maintenance taken care of by the HOA. Fiber internet to the home. Fully fenced yard with covered back patio. 3 car garage with plenty of storage. No smoking allowed. $300 per month HOA/internet/utility fee added to monthly rent. One small dog is allowed, with $50 monthly pet fee added to rent. HOA provides total yard maintenance, including lawn mowing and weeding in front and back yard, although some very minimal weeding might be needed in backyard in between maintenance visits. As this is a fully furnished apartment that we use as a home when it is not being rented, no interior changes are allowed (removing or adding pictures to the walls, etc.). $500 of the $2600 security deposit is non-refundable. 6-12 month minimum rental term.
