No smoking, of any sort on property. No 215/420, growing, storage or processing. no illegal substances or activities. No pets. Limited parking, smaller vehicles work best. Quiet neighborhood, just past the Brunswick Y, about 1/8 mile off 174 by Best Friends animal clinic. Vinyl and laminate floors. Propane cook stove, heater and water heater. Rent includes shared high speed wifi, water, shared garbage, and reasonable utilities. included utilities and rent based on one person. Reasonable relates to use of A/C or electric heaters, which may incur a surcharge. Cell phone coverage is ok, not great but seems to work for most people. No yard. Must have steady, provable income. 6 month lease, then month to month or as negotiated. Tenant responsible for outside of apartment and deck area cleaning and leave/debris/snow removal (sometimes we get some snow).
