There is a large living and dining area along with two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath (no shower/tub) downstairs. One bedroom is on the first floor, the other two bedrooms are on the second floor. The apartment has driveway parking for two cars and on-street parking for residents and guests (more info below). The entire apartment is being completely renovated with a new kitchen, flooring, bathrooms, appliances (including a brand-new in-unit clothing washer and dryer) as well as lighting. The rental rate is $850 per bedroom, however, the lease is a single lease for three individuals to sign as roommates. We are not leasing individual rooms. The rental rate is set and non-negotiable. It is based on the location, market rates, and the renovated premises. The owner/landlord is responsible for yard maintenance and security system (if utilized). The tenants are responsible for utilities (water, electric and any internet or television packages they may choose). Off-street parking is available in the driveway. Additional on-street permit parking for tenants and guests is managed by Lexpark. Annual permits can be purchased through Lexpark for a very reasonable fee. There is a no-smoking policy for the unit in the lease. Regarding in-person showings, the apartment is currently occupied and once vacated it will be mostly closed for renovations. So, in-person showings will be limited to seriously interested parties only.
