RENT VARIES BY SEASON September 2026: $5,000/mo October 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027 minimum rent is 1 month, $2,700/month June 2027: $5,000/mo July, August 2027: $10,000/mo (includes 6 beach badges) Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. All utilities are included (electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet) up to $300/month, over that is your responsibility. Mandatory cleaning fee is $200/stay. If stay is over a month, cleaning is required monthly. If you stay the entire off season, you can choose to pay $500 for one deep cleaning at the end of your stay, instead of monthly. Security deposit is $2,700 No smoking, vaping, candles, firearms... No parties or large gatherings. Parking is on street, no permit needed.
