Rent Varies by Season Summer weeks available: July 11-25, August 8-22 and August 29-Sept 6 June - Sept, Minimum rental is one week, Saturday to Saturday. June 27 - September 5, rent is $2,300/week June 6 - June 26, September 6 - September 26, rent is $1,500/week October 1 - May 31, minimum rent is 1 month, $2,500/month Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. All utilities are included (electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet). Mandatory cleaning fee is $200/stay. If stay is over a month, cleaning is required monthly. Security deposit is $1,000/weekly stay, $2,500/monthly stay No smoking, vaping, candles, firearms... No parties or large gatherings. Parking is on street, no permit needed.
