Tenant pays heat ( high efficiency gas furnace),hot water (in demand electric), internet (higher speed and reliable from Westfield Gas and Electric or other). I have lived here for a very long time and value a peaceful no drama experience. Sorry no pets. On a connector road between Westfield and Agawam so not a walking neighborhood but Robinson State Park very close to walk/run Mtn bike if interested in that. Would consider installing level 2 EV charging for additional $50 month. Just put one on my house.
