Monthly cleaning of the common areas will also be provided through the landlord. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and off-street parking is normally available. The house has very low maintenance landscaping that the owners will manage. Please also note that the owners will be keeping the small guest house that is located in the back of the property and they will be coming to visit approximately 3-5 weekends during the term of the lease, with advance notice. They will not be accessing the house, but they will be on the same property for the course of the weekends they visit.
