This lake house has been remodeled and is now available. It is a cute little house, but is a bit off the beaten path. The house can be seen in June. Lease can begin June 15 or later, and can be for 9 months or a year. 1 dog or 2 cats will be the maximum number of animals allowed, there is a fenced area that can hold a dog. Occupancy limit is 2 people at most. The house is about 10 minutes to Pottsboro, 20 minutes to Denison WalMart, and about 1/2 mile to the water (Lake Texoma). The only road is in and out, so there is not a lot of traffic. The area is quiet and safe. The kitchen has a very nice gas stove, and a large two door refrigerator/freezer, plus a microwave, The kitchen has lots of cabinets which came from a larger more modern building, and so is a very nice feature of this little house. The locking one car garage has a washer and dryer. All of those appliances will stay. The house is currently furnished with a couch and futon, also a chest of drawers inside and also one on the covered porch. It does have room for a bed, and we can remove the futon. It will not take a lot of furniture to be able to move in, and is quite livable as is. Deposit will depend on credit and the particulars of your situation, but will be at least $1,000. An additional deposit will be required for a dog. House has 1GBPS internet service, utilities are on and do not require your starting service with those providers, you just pay for your usage. The finish of this house is quite unusual. It has a lot of colors, lots of wood, much of the wood is stained instead of painted and the house has had a lot of improvements built into it. The house is not a creation for the mass market. An occupant with an artistic streak and a similar vision will be welcome to suggest changes to the finish, but will not be allowed to make mechanical or artistic changes to the house without written approval. We want the house to stay in good condition, and will be available to fix issues that may arise with it. If there are changes to be made on this house, we will make them or oversee them. Electricity and propane will be charge based on usage. Water, internet and trash removal are bundled into a $160 month payment.
